Black History Month
6th October 2020
This month St Nicholas taking part in a variety of activities in order to celebrate Black History Month. We will be taking part in:
- Handa Surprise Play,
- Making Walkie-Talkie
- Traffic lights- Safety on the roads, counting cars on traffic lights
- Tasting African food and Showing Afro Moves dance skills (Teachers and children dance session)
- Traditional dress up
Our children will be talking about their families and where everyone comes from as well as learning a bit about why we celebrate Black History Month.

Please join us for a creative play and songs by Pre-schoolers, to honour the contribution of the Black British Community.
